How to report bugs to our technical support
3D Active Button Magic should work in any programming environment that supports ActiveX custom controls: if you experience problems using our control, email our
customer support. Be sure to include the following information:
A description of your operating system (Windows 98/ME/NT/2000/XP) and version.
Name, Release and Version of your programming environment (e.g. Visual C++ 6.0 or Visual Basic 6.0).
A little project that reproduces the problem and an accurate description of the steps needed to reproduce it.
We will try to solve the problem as soon as possible and, if a patched control is necessary, we will inform you when it will be available on our web site.
