How to report bugs to our technical support
3D Control Magic has been successfully tested with the following environments
Visual Studio.NET 2002
Visual Studio.NET 2003
Visual Studio.NET 2005
and, for each of the mentioned environments, with the following languages:
Visual Basic.NET
Visual C#.NET
Visual C++.NET
Visual J#.NET
If you should experience problems using the control, you are encouraged to write an E-mail to our customer support at
support@multimediasoft.com with the following topics:
Operating system (Windows 98/ME/NT/2000/XP) and version.
Name, Release and Version of the programming environment (e.g. Visual Studio.NET 2003).
A little project that reproduces the problem and an accurate description of the steps to reproduce it.
We will try to solve the problem as soon as possible and, if required, we will inform you when the fixed control will be available.
