Remarks

Downmixes from stereo to mono file for mono encoding in OGG Vorbis format.

This property is used only if the EncodeFormats.FormatToUse property is set to ENCODING_FORMAT_OGG.

This property is the same as entering the --downmix setting inside the Appendix B - OggEnc command lin e.
