* Active DJ Studio 2.0 released *

On January 10, 2005 we have released the new version of Active MP3 DJ Studio: as you will see, we have changed the product name into Active DJ Studio, mainly because the product can now support several other formats and not only MP3.
Here follows a summary of the new features:

- Possibility of choosing and changing the output device during playback
- Support for the following sound formats: WAV, OGG Vorbis, WMA (requires Windows Media components installed), MOD, MTM, S3M, XM, IT and MO3
- Support for Audio CD operations and for Audio CD tracks playback
- Support for Audio CD identification retrieval
- Support for sound files stored in memory
- Support for changing Tempo, Playback rate and Pitch of the loaded sound
- Automatic BPM detection of the loaded sound
- Improved support for visual feedbacks through an "object oriented" approach
- Waveform visual feedback
- Support for creating an automatic Fader
- Support for triggers

We are currently busy developing the new versions for our "3D Buttons" related products but, obviously, we are already planning the evolution of our sound related products. For this purpose we would like to receive your feedback and thoughts about the new features we have in mind:

- Security: support for encryption/decryption of songs
- Recording: support for recording from various sources (microphone, "What you hear", ecc.)
- Visual Feedbacks also inside Active Sound Studio
- CD ripping support
- Volume normalization
- Any other suggestion you may have ...
