Active DJ Studio 3.0 (ActiveX control) and

On June 6, 2006 we have released the latest version of our music related controls.

Here follows a small summary of new the available features:

- Support for the following formats: AIFF, FLAC, AAC, MP4 (sound only), AC3, Wavpack, ALAC
- Support for looping a certain sound or portions of it
- Smoothing on PlaySound call
- Detection of silent portions at the start and end of the sound
- Support for multichannel songs in the following formats: WAV, AIFF, OGG e WMA
- Possibility to load songs encrypted using the CryptSound™ application
- Multi-speakers management (Stereo, Quadraphonic, 5.1 and 7.1)
- Waveform analysis and generation of sized bitmap views of the whole waveform or portions of it
- Export of a loaded sound in WAV format
- Support for Internet streams loading and playback
- EAX special effects
- Better integration with our recording related controls
- Support for retrieving CDDB information from FreeDb servers
- Support for retrieving CD cover pictures from Amazon Web Services

Active Sound Recorder (ActiveX control) 1.2 and
Audio Sound Recorder for .NET 1.2 (.NET component)

On June 6, 2006 we have released a new minor version of our recording related controls.

This new version carries a better integration with Active DJ Studio 3.0 and with Audio DJ Studio for .NET 2.0, allowing the following new scenarios:

- Real-time playback of sound data coming from an input device, for example from a Microphone
- Load and playback of sound data coming from a completed recording session and stored inside a memory buffer or inside the hard-disk
- Playback of sound data still being recorded and stored inside the hard-disk
